You did not indicate that in your original question. See this copied right from where you would have filled out your engraving information:

Engraved products may have extended delivery dates. Please make sure that everything is spelled correctly as laser engraving is permanent.

What was the shipping estimate in the email confirmation of your order? Have you checked the order status?

Then that is when to expect it. Delays can be for numerous reasons, but as users like you, we would have no idea, and Apple does not participate here.
