I have ordered an IPAD 8th gen on November 14th 2020 and it is still showing processing and saying that it will be delivered during December 5 to 7. Is it normal or should need to consult the customer care?.

I’m happy to say you that I got my iPad and I’m replying from it. The reason for delay may be due to new product assemble.
After shipping, it has reached me with in 24 hours. That’s fast.

This is normal this year due to the pandemic, and has been exacerbated by the holiday ordering season.
Did you end up getting it or a shipping email? I placed an order today for a 128gb and the delivery date is Jan 6th...4 weeks!
Welcome to the holidays during a pandemic. Delivery times are slow right now. You should get it within a couple of days of January 6th (either before or after).
Apparently! Decided last minute on an iPad for our son, otherwise I’m an early shopper 😩.
