iPhone 7 Plus won’t let me take calls or FaceTime after updating to iOS 14.0.1

I need to know why my iPhone 7 Plus after I did the update to iOS 14.0.1 my phone won’t let me take calls or make calls or FaceTime or head phones? It’s was perfectly fine till I did the update. I can hard reset my phone and it all will work for 30 mins and then it stops and then I factory restart but backed my phone up before and still nothing! Like I can receive phones calls but when I answer them it’s continues to vibrate and no one and I can’t hear and when I call I can’t hear and they can’t either and then FaceTime they can see me but can’t hear me and when I try to use head phones I can’t hear anything all and on videos there’s a video but no sound! And I have had this phone for almost 2 years and it was fine till the update! But I can hard reset and I then I can call and get calls and FaceTime and video and head phones but 30 mins later nothing! So please help me I can’t go buy a new phone please email me back at
