Is it possible to set up multiple users on a Mac with iCloud?

I can see how to create multiple users, but cannot see anywhere about the new user iCloud account when setting it up.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Got it in the end.

Create the new user as normal, then log in as that user and you get to go through the setup wizard again.
