Need help retrieving my sons new born pictures on a old iPhone 6 that broke
my i cloud name I had was linked to a number I don’t have anymore and I don’t know what to do please help

Are the photos stored in the cloud or only on the device.
If they are in the cloud, you can contact Apple's account security team and try to regain access to the account.

If they were only stored on the device, I'm afraid they are gone.
