Downgrade of i watch ios from 7 to 5

i have i watch series 4 and i connected it on iphone 6 , then i unpair it from iphone 6 and update the i watch ios to 7 paird with iphone 11 pro , now i need to pair my i watch with iphone 6 but failed , so how we can downgrade ios of the i watch from 7 to 5?

Apple watch can't be downgraded,it can only be updated.
