So a few months back I bought some AirPods from Best Buy and I just found the receipt today and read that I had a free 4 month Apple Music subscription so when I tried redeeming it the subscription would only give me 1 month of Apple Music could anyone help?

Note that the trial is only valid for new accounts. This means that if you’ve ever had an Apple Music subscription or been part of a Family Sharing group where there was a Apple Music family subscription, you may not be eligible for the promotion.
