It will never be the government asking, it is always the company that is seeking approval.

OT: I have a rare blood disease and a company, Clinuvel, came up with a treatment that helps with the symptoms, first one ever. It was based on a product that had been around for a decade. It took 13 years to get approval and I worked with the company and a non-profit group trying to get the approval and was in one of the drug trials. I also attended several meetings in DC at the FDA's Silver Springs HQ. It is amazing that anything is ever approved.

I agree with this argument,

also Apple is only focusing on countries like USA EUROPE & CHINA, they don’t care about small countries. I’m from Sri Lanka and I’m using iPhone from 2008 & in Sri Lanka Apple Maps worked in 2008-2009 but from 2010 for the last 10 years it’s not working. But from Google to small app developers there apps and maps are working perfectly. So I think Apple don’t want to spend their time for small countries and poor countries.

Apple can reply in I’m wrong.
