Transfer Old To New

Computer nine years old, no apps that I downloaded, ham & egger computer user, have been to apple store about six times in nine years for minor surgery, It has reached the time to replace, I was told to get G/DRIVE ( I did buy) order new computer on line, get shipped to home, All three brands I-Mac are out of stock in Apple store, I am not capable of fixing old problems, I don't even know where/how to get into files, my plan B thought, can I just up/down load my pay bill sites, Amazon account, along with my go to sites for reading daily web sites, or will I have a problems due to the user names & pass words being replicated on a new computer, If these things are not feasible then should I go to plan C, which is to get a computer genius to come to my abode to set up new computer, I have yet to buy due to my current computer questions, but will get after I find out exactly what to do. I like to thank you for the response, I am glad that I have yet to purchase it, I would be going high speed nutsey fagen if it was sitting in front of moi at this moment in time.
