I need flash player for Directv but it won't download on Mac OS 14. Is there a workaround?

The current version of Safari doesn't support Flash anymore. Also Adobe have said that Flash will be discontinued in December, so DirectTV need to change their codec.
If DirectTV needs Flash Player, you should find another TV service. Flash is dead and it won't run on any modern web browser.

Not in Safari 14.0. I believe you can still enable flash in the Firefox and Opera browsers.
