SMC not resetting

Hi everyone. I have a MacBook Pro 2016. This is the second time where the battery icon says it's full now and charging (the lightning bolt) without being plugged in, and some of the charging ports don't work. As of now, the battery icon loses the fullness icon, and just has the lightning bolt. The last time I got support, I was walked through resetting the NVRAM, PRAM, and SMC. Eventually, resetting the SMC worked. However, despite multiple attempts, none of these have worked. Please help! I rely on this computer to get me through school.

Hold the option key and click on the BATT icon in the upper right menu bar—what is the Condition?


Anything but Condition : Normal needs to be serviced.
