Overcharging my mcbook
is it ok if I overcharge my mcbook for 17hrs? and I leave it in a cold temperature
should I worry about this?

Your Mac will never over charge. This is not an issue.
No advantage of unplugging it.
The only risk of always on the mains is the fact your battery will last longer đ
Your battery will never over-charge. If you need the portability then run on the battery, otherwise leave it on the mains.
You only have a expected 1000 cycle battery count.
Use it as you see fit for your needs, I would not try and over think it.
