iOS Custom swipe action to launch app?
Is there any way (eg. using some Accessibility setting or by installing some custom app) I can customize an up/down swipe action on the home screen to launch an app of my choosing ?

It appears that you'd like to change the swipe up/down gesture on your iPhone to launch an application you'd like to use. We're not positive that this is possible, but we have a couple of other methods to use.
Use Siri on all your Apple devices - Apple Support -- Use "Hey Siri" to open the application you'd like.
Shortcuts User Guide -- Or, you could create a shortcut to open the app.
Get Support -- You can also speak with Apple Support to see if they have any other suggestions. This link takes you directly to our Accessibility Support team.
