Apple TV +

I have the Apple TV + app on my iPhone and a subscription. My tv has the app, but it asks me to pay for another subscription. How do I connect them?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Apple TV+ Works on my phone but says I don't have a subscription on my laptop & TV app. I have the apple one bundle on my phone which comes with Apple TV+ music & storage. Apple +TV + works on my phone but when I log into Apple TV on my laptop or smart TV it says that I do not have an Apple TV+ subscription.

Sign in using the same Apple ID you’re using on your phone subscription.
