macOS Catalina — Photos — 'Downloading ... Originals' Stuck

Photos ''downloading originals' seem to be stuck.

I have tried to rebuild a new library as well, and it hasn't helped.

So far, I have not found any helpful answers anywhere.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

I just found a workaround that is working for me,

mentioned by 'berten' (reply #22) on macrumors.com:

I hope soon we get a Catalina update that fixes this issue.
