New iPhone 11 stuck on iOS 14 update

So I got a new iphone today and was transferring everything over then got to the update part and it gets suck on estimating time remaining. I’ve tried restarting and same thing happens. Also checked my wifi speed and it’s is good.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears

It says "Resume download" toward the bottom.

Tap that.

I see it but it’s grayed out and when I tab it it doesn’t do anything
