AT&T MyAccount iOS Safari Bookmark, It's Back!!!

In iOS 12 on an iPhone 7 Plus, a Safari bookmark named "AT&T MyAccount" kept re-appearing after I deleted it. The bookmark appeared at the bottom of the list, could not be moved/reordered and could not be renamed but it could be deleted, for a while. If it was deleted it returned at some point, seemingly at randomly.

In iOS 13 the bookmark never returned after it was deleted (I thought this annoying feature had been removed for good) but no, in iOS 14 it is back to the iOS 12 behavior. I really dislike it, I don't really appreciate carriers pushing their crap onto phones. So is this just me or is it all AT&T customers?
