iPhone frozen after using FaceTime

So i was on a facetime call and they had hung up, right after my while from was frozen. not all the way tho. i could still. move the home screen but i could not open any apps or even use the buttons. i cant even push my home buttun to turn it off because those are frozen to. it wont let me force shut down eaither. is there anything im missing"
