Apple MacBook Pro "Core 2 Duo" 2.2 15-Inch (Santa Rosa) to run OS 9 and 10.4

I have several Macs, including an old Apple MacBook Pro "Core 2 Duo" 2.2 15-Inch

I thought that since this old computer is in 'good shape', that I could use that to run OS 9 games. I have installed a new 10.4. I did this as I had read that I could install 10.4 (Tiger)and could also run Classic OS 9 and its games.

Is this true?

And how do I do this?

Do I start with 10.4 installation or 9.

Is there an article that walks me through this?

I knew all those years ago how to do this... but now memory fails.
