My "flashlight" is draining my iPhone SE (2020)

In June 2020 I have switched from iPhone 8 to iPhone SE (2020).

Since begining I have the iPhone SE (2020) I face from time to time a very high battery drain. Happened with iOS 13.x and also 14.x.

Today this happened again and I checked then the Batter usage screen and there I saw that the iPhone flashlight is listed that it was 13 hours 33 minutes in use. But the flashlight was not in use at all today.

For me this looks like to be a software issue!

iPhone SE (2020) 64GB (iOS 14.0.1). Model A2296.
