So since i kinda forgot my passcode thanks to a friend, I started recovering my phone and then I type in my passcode then verify it. The next thing that happens is that I complete the restoring phase but my passcode isn't working in “Swipe up for Upgrade” Is there anyway that I can start over or reset my passcode?

Keeping in mind that to re-gain access to your iPhone you need to connect it to a computer running the latest version of iTunes (PC) or iTunes/Finder (Mac) AND that if your don't have a backup, all your data will be lost, these are the instructions:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

Another thing to keep in mind is that I currently don’t have access to a Mac book. The only thing I have is a HP laptop.
I forgot my passcode in “Swipe up to Upgrade”
