Why do I have to see an ad inside apple's appstore when I have already bought the phone?
If you search for "instagram" the first result is a product that is NOT instagram, it is an AD instead.
How do I remove this?

You cannot remove it.
You have paid for the iPhone that is why you do not see any ad on your iPhone. However, you are not paying for all the apps on an App Store. For instance Instagram, are you paying for it?
Is my only solution Android?
I'm talking about inside the "apple store", not inside "instagram". Please read the question once more.
