My wife and I both bought different movies for our kids.
We want to watch them on all devices.
Is this possible with Family Sharing or not?
I only managed to share my own purchases with my wife but cannot see what she bought.
We both have the option 'Share My Purchases' on.
What is the point of Family Sharing if we can't share the things we both bought?

I read your post. You should be able to access any purchases by family members that are eligible for sharing and not hidden. See Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support and the section How to download previous purchases from family members.

Sorry, I have been searching the forums for half a day to get this working.
I got it now.
Thank you.
It is awkward because the 'added members' see new content right away but the 'organizer' or 'head of the household' has to download content with some extra steps.
Hope this helps some other people in the future.
