iPad Charger Broke Inside Of Friends IPad

My Friend was using my charger and she took it out because it wasn’t charging. Turned out a tiny piece of the charger got stuck. We tried everything and can’t get it out! What can we do?

In the photo you can see that the top part is missing from the charger (it’s in the IPad)
