Apple Music not adding songs to library

Recently I began to experience an issue with adding songs to the library - the pop-on icon shows the song is added, however the song is not showing in the library - tried to delete the app - the issue is not fixed. The second issue - I cannot create new playlist. I’m already ****** off because there is no support in the app or App Store, or even at Get Support (no Ukraine at the list). I’m using family subscription. Any useful tips what to do in this situation?
