Upgrading Memory on My 2017 iMac - Stuck Before I've Even Started

I'm trying to upgrade the memory that came with my refurbished iMac Retina 5k 27" 2017 computer and add memory to the other two slots, which are currently empty. This model's instructions, which I found at the following address (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201191#install1), say to push the button between the memory compartment door and the power cable attachment. Pressing the button is supposed to cause the memory compartment door to pop open. The only problem is that THERE IS NO BUTTON between the memory compartment door and the power cable attachment on my iMac. The only button on the back of my iMac is the power button in the lower right-hand corner. I'm stumped. Anyone who can help is more than welcome to do so.

You needed to look further down the page…

After you shut down your iMac and give it time to cool, follow these steps:

  1. Disconnect the power cord and all other cables from your computer.
  2. Place a soft, clean towel or cloth on the desk or other flat surface to prevent scratching the display.
  3. Hold the sides of the computer and slowly lay the computer face-down on the towel or cloth.
  4. Open the memory compartment door by pressing the small grey button located just above the AC power port:

Excuse me, I accidentally clicked on something I shouldn't have because I generated the "Solved" indicator unintentionally. I'm new to Apple Communities so please bear with me. I appreciate your Reply however the "small grey button" referred to in #4 of your reply does not exist on my iMac. I wish there was some way to send or link a picture to this message. That way you could clearly see that on the back of my computer there are the memory compartment door, the AC power port, the on/off button the USB and other ports and nothing else. There is definitely no small grey button in between the memory compartment door and the AC power port.
