iPhone will not unlock
I’m trying to open my phone but when I try to put in my passcode a box goes around each number and a voice calls it out but I cannot get my phone to unlock

Hold the HOME button and say “Turn off voiceover”
Or double-tap any time you would single tap; for example, tap each digit of your passcode twice. Then go to Settings/Accessibility (again tapping twice) and turn off Voiceover.
