After IOS 14 update FaceTime stopped working with my grandparents ipad mini IOS 9.3.5. Tried to restart, resent and re-enter FaceTime username, nothing helps. Please advise. Can't FaceTime to neither iphone nor ipad, grandparents call not connecting.

It looks like the same issue that happened in spring 2020 with IOS 13.4 release and was fixed in 13.4.1. Also, my grandparents iPad has IOS 9.3.6 not 9.3.5. Tried to chat with apple support and it wasn't really helpful. Wondering how to open get it to attention of the apple engineering team.
Yeah same issue. Grandparents with iPad Mini IOS 9.3.5 and iPhone 4s running 9.3.6 no longer connecting on FaceTime.
