iPhone notes vanish often until I restart phobe

I thought buying a new phone would’ve solve this problem but it did not. I carried the problem with me. I use my notes app often. Not always but often, the notes show the preview but when I open them they appear blank and if I write, it appears blank... until I restart my phone. Then it all comes back and works again... but several times a day it becomes a problem again, forcing me to restart the phone to fix it. This is so frustrating. I hope there is a way too fix it.
