Shared purchased app not showing for 1 family member.

I have shared purchases setup for my family. Everyone can see all the purchases, except my son can not see 1 app that was purchased today for his HS class. I have removed him and added him back, but he still can not see the app. He is an adult and my other adult son can see it. He has an iPhone 8 Plus and the others have an iPhone 8. Can anyone help?

Go figure, trouble shoot for over a hour, submit a post for help and then the app pops ups.
