I’m unable to update to any ios updates. Tried but I’m having errors.
Tried by the usual update but I’m having error like (unable to connect to the internet) when installing the update.
Tried by iTunes, i put my ipad on factory reset but after waiting for the update i encounter an error again(error 3259 the network connection timed out)
Any help?

Did you receive a specific error message when attempting to update via the computer? If so, which one? After deleting the update and installing a new one from a different Wi-Fi network, what happened when attempting to update?

Can you confirm the model number of your iPad?
I tried to update it via itunes, it prompt me to restart the ipad like factory reset bec it showed an error like there is a problem with my ipad. Then the update started to download. After it finished downloading, an error poped up. It says error 3194. I tried to download the update using mobile data, but still have the same error after installing the update. Mobile data seemed to work on downloading the update but usually I’m getting the error when installing the update.
Already tried the steps stated on the link but still not updating.
