Merging 2 ITunes account to a family one

Hi,

Both my wife and I have separate ITunes accounts and we both pay for Apple Music.

1) can we consolidate our accounts into one family account?

2) If yes, how do we manage that?

3) can we keep our current Play Lists

No, there is no real consolidation or merging of accounts, nor should you ever want that. Each person should always keep their own Apple ID account. You can get an Apple Music Family Plan and share it between you two if you really want to. But each person still retains their own Apple ID.

You can create a Family Sharing Group with one of you as the Family Organizer, and invite the other account to it to share the Apple Music Family Subscription.

In family sharing each person keeps their own Apple ID / account and just shares the Music plan, so each person keeps their own Music Library and playlists. untouched.
