Has anyone ever experienced passwords changing on apps with iPhone 11? I know my passwords but when logging in to the apps I have to reset the passwords.
Also, when calling and receiving calls the orange security light located at top right of screen stays on during the whole call.

First, try force closing the applications and restart the iPhone. To complete this process, check out the steps provided below:
Make sure that the Apple ID is signed in completely in Settings as well.
