iPad Pro work on other carriers
T-Mobile says my iPad won't work on their network, I bought it from Verizon but it’s on sprint now.

Yes, iPad is not carrier locked like an iPhone. You can use on any carrier.
Note: You need a Data only SIM (not the one you used for an iPhone)
