HDCP Error !! APPLE ???

I have always used my iPhone to watch Disney+ on my TV with a HDMI cable and a Apple Dock connector ; BUT no longer !!! All of the sudden I am getting a HDCP error as soon as a video from Disney starts playing . Tried going to another TV that I have used before and Same results.

Also tried to watch one of my downloaded movies (which I had done MANY times on many TVs) but

I got a message " The Device is not allowed to play protected Movies " !!

I paid more money to get the APPLE brand dock to make sure that doesn't happen !

What in the ... is going on ? ? seems like is is something new every other month with Apple these days!!!
