I don’t see any option to set up face Recognition

My child just got a new iphone and I set it up for her. She is signed in as a family member under my wife’s iCloud account. She wants to set up face ID for her phone, but I don’t even see that as an option on the settings menu. Please help

There's no Face ID on an iPhone SE.

Note Apple ID shouldn't be shared.

Everyone should have their own Apple ID.
