iPhone clicking and scrolling on its own

My iphone keeps scrolling and clicking on random things and it is impossible to use the keyboard. My screen has no cracks in it and I haven't dropped it. Do I need to go get it repaired? I also know that the cost of screen reparation varies depending on the severity of the cracks. Does anyone know how much it would cost to replace an XR screen?

Best advice for a cracked screen and no insurance My iPhone 12 Pro Max screen is cracked and won’t allow me to touch the keys 1/Q and - on keyboard unless I rotate it horizontally. It also won’t allow me to click the (<) button in random apps and/or different sections in apps.
