Restore Whatsapp backup from icloud

I had a whatsapp backup last night. Today morning I deleted my whatsapp and reinstalled it. Now I could not find any whatsapp backup to restore from icloud.

Are you certain you created a backup? Try locating it - Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
