Face id is not working

My face id is not working.so I went to the apple dealership in Srilanka the solutions they gave me was to pay extra Rupees 130,000 but this amount is too much for me as I paid Rupees 300,000 for this iPhone and this was used only for four months can I get a better solution for this problem.
