Hi. I’d like to know if there are any restocking fees for the IPad/Air/Pro. Apple’s “returns & refunds” area in the FAQs section states that there’s a 15% or 25% restocking fee for closed or open boxes, respectively. However, I’ve spoken to multiple Apple specialists who say there are *no* restocking fees for IPads. Please clarify, thanks all!

There's no re-stocking fees if you return within 14 days by Apple.
3rd party shops have their own policy.
