Mobile data displayed (4G) but is not working at all
Hi people,
Over 2 months ago this problem started: even though I have the best connection and „4G“ is shown and I can phone perfectly fine the mobile data is not working at all, not even for WhatsApp. Since then I changed my SIM card (no result), phoned the apple support for 2 hours (reset of basically everything possible, no result) and went to an Apple Shop (reseted the whole phone, which resulted in the mobile data working for a few days). Also I used a different phone on which I uploaded my backup, this resulted in the data working for a few days but after that no more.
I (& several Genius Bar Folks) don’t understand this issue at all, please help.
