Second problem is , POWER BUTTON on the iPad doesn’t let switch off the devise,

Hey there sreejith289,

We understand you're having issues with your iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard, and we'd be happy to help.

To get started, does the trackpad on the Magic Keyboard remain unresponsive after restarting your iPad using the steps listed here: Restart your iPad

Also, for the issue you're experiencing with the Power button not locking your device, by chance do you have Attention Aware enabled in Settings > Face ID & Passcode? If so, your iPad won’t dim or lock as long as it detects attention. You can find this in the following resource under "Unlock iPad with Face ID": Wake and unlock iPad

Also, check out the following resource for additional help with the trackpad on your Magic Keyboard: Use a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad with your iPad

Have a great weekend!
