Apps not appear

When installing a new app it is not appear i have to search for it to find

It may be appearing under App Library if you have iOS 14 or above.

Settings > Home Screen > Add to Home Screen [Tick]

Probably you have selected [App Library Only] for Newly downloaded apps. See the pic below
