Can’t sync pictures from iPhone to iPad!

In this case, you can try and narrow down to see if this is from a specific device. Using iCloud.com see if the photos from your iPhone is syncing up to the cloud. Do the same for your iPad. If one of those devices is not syncing with iCloud.com focus on this device and follow basic troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure you have enough storage in iCloud: Manage your iCloud storage
• Restart your iPhone or Restart your iPad
• Ensure your device is fully up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
