Security Breach into my iPhone i6

Why is my daughter able to override the fingerprint and passcode only by making any addition operation on the calculator - through control center (Only by the right hand).

i removed the calculator from the control center, she opened it again but refused this time to tell me how.

Touch/passcode what settings do I need to unlock my phone with a fingerprint after 4 minutes instead of immediately. I don’t understand what changed and can’t fix it. i want to use my fingerprint for my wallet and passwords still. I’m so confused by this update 😀

Change the passcode.
