Apple restrictions

I set up Downtime for a child iPhone. The problem is that when the child opens the app that is blocked due to downtime, the child can still access the app. On the bottom of the screen it says ignore limit and give there options. One is remind me in 15 min and one is ignore limit for today. This simple hack let’s you get around Downtime. Back in IOS 13 it only gave you an option for one more minute (which is also still there). Please help me to fix this.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Please set restriction though your device not on the child's device.

If you are referring to DownTime,

You may --> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod ...
