iPhone 11 and Ford Sync - mistakenly "forgot" sync in bluetooth now I cannot find it to pair

Ford Sync (2015 Ford Fusion). I often I have to make several attempts to get a connection from my iPhone to my car's Sync bluetooth. I had several days driving to work in a row that it would not connect. Tried restarting my iPhone, resetting my network settings, turning things off and on... Suddenly, I had the grand idea to "forget the network" and start fresh with the pairing. I guess forget means forever. :(

Any ideas? Other than buy a new car. :)
