How can I find out what my email is and activate?
I'm not sure if I have and email @mac.com. How can I find out and activate?

There is nothing to activate. See -> iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com, and @mac.com email addresses - Apple Support
If you had an @mac.com or an @me.com prior to September 2012 and moved to iCloud, then any @mac.com and/or any @me.com address became nothing more than an alias to your @icloud.com address after 09/2012.
Check in settings, your account at the top, then the Name Numbers and email tab and see if any @mac.com or @me.com address is listed as “reachable at”. If not, then you don’t have any such aliases to your iCloud account and cannot get one now.
