What is the best compatible hdmi to thunderbolt 3 cable for the new iMac 2020 apart from Apple's own branded one? Thanks

What monitor do you have?

Here are some USB-C to HDMI examples,

If the monitor has DisplayPort input, then a USB-C to DisplayPort cable is better than HDMI.

If the monitor has USB-C input, then a USB-C to USB-C cable would also be better than HDMI.

Many thanks for this - it's just that some of these products say they support iMac 2019/2017, and not the iMac 2020?

The monitor has a HDMI cable so I need an adapter that needs to work with the latest iMac 2020 and OS system.

The official apple product is about £75, just wanted to see if there was a cheaper but compatible product that would work.

Many thanks - are these cables compatible with the iMac 2020 running the latest OS software? Sorry, just want to be sure as I have read that some adapters won't run on the latest iMac?

Yes, these are common adapters and cables that can be found at any Electronic store, BestBuy, Walmart, Target etc....

Monoprice cables are usually more than enough for the job. Good value and you aren't wasting money on overpriced cables
