Beta Removal

I'm trying to remove a developer beta on my Iphone XR, and the option to go into settings isn't there and when I try to restore it on my Mac its saying "Ther was a problem downloading the software for my iphone. Tge requested resource was not found". What should I do because the Beta is slowing down my phone.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hi J_Dorner11,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! We understand that you need to remove the developer beta from your iPhone and are encountering some issues.

It sounds like you may have checked to make sure the beta profile has been removed. If not, please do that using the steps in How to uninstall iOS beta software.

Next, unenroll your iPhone XR from the beta program using the information from Unenroll your devices Stop receiving public beta updates. Then try updating either wirelessly or using your computer again.

We hope that helps!
